Terms and Conditions Premstl guesthouse and apartments
We thank you for your stay in our guesthouse and apartments Premstl in beautiful Val Martello in Val Venosta in the West of South Tyrol. To ensure that there are no unpleasant surprises during your stay, for you and for us, we have compiled these T&Cs.
- Arrival from 2:00 pm
- Departure by 10:00 am
- Bookings must be made in writing. Your booking is binding as soon as you have received written confirmation from us. We request payment of a deposit.
- Pre-payment is possible in cash or by debit card, credit card (excluding Amex and Diners) and direct bank transfer.
- Our guesthouse is a non-smoking establishment. Enjoy your cigarette break on the balcony or on our sun terrace.
- Dogs: You may bring a maximum of one dog and only after prior arrangement. No entry in diningroom. Any necessary special cleaning and damage will be invoiced to you.
- Room and apartment numbers: we are happy to note your wishes and will do our best to fulfil them.
- Cancellation policy: Up to 30 days before arrival free of charge. In case of a cancellation within 15 days prior to the booked arrival date we charge 50%, after that 80% of the total price.
In case of late arrival or early departure 80% of the booking value will be due.
We therefore recommend you take out „travel cancellation insurance“.
