Culinary Delights at the Gasthof Premstl
Pleasurable holidays in Val Martello! We treat you to a sumptuous breakfast with a large selection of delicacies. At lunchtime we offer small dishes and cold platters. The crowning glory is our evening menu.
South Tyrol is known for its excellent cuisine; Val Martello is particularly known for its juicy strawberries and raspberries. In our guesthouse Premstl food is extremely important. After all, they say the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach, and it could also be said that both men and women fall in love with an inn because of its culinary delights.
Start your day with a sumptuous breakfast with homemade jams, freshly baked cakes, various types of bread from the local baker’s, cheeses and cold meats, mueslis, yoghurts, fruit, juices, tea and coffee. You are welcome to eat your breakfast on our terrace and enjoy the early-morning sunshine.
Sweet and savoury snacks
At lunchtime you can order snacks and small dishes from a short menu (to be paid separately). The South Tyrolean Marende with home-smoked speck cured ham is a very popular choice. The sun terrace also invites you to home-made apple strudel and a cappuccino.
Delicious evening menu
In the evening we offer you a delicious menu with tasty meals from Val Venosta and Alpine Mediterranean cuisine. In our kitchen we use primarily produce from our own garden and farm. Look forward to home-smoked speck, fresh herbs, crunchy vegetables and meat from animal-friendly husbandry.
